Introduction...

There are four key measures of any organisation, which can determine if it is a high performer. They are:

  1. Its level of productivity,

  2. Its level of profitability,
  3. Its level of customer satisfaction
  4. Its employee retention capability.

This two-day programme deals with the people aspects of creating and maintaining the high performing organisation. We examine the key issues involved in creating an organisation environment that will allow and encourage each employee to maximise their contribution to the overall goals of the business which ultimately revolve around profitability and productivity in circumstances that deliver customer satisfaction

Leadership for the front line supervisor...

This programme aims to provide skills to front line supervisors that will assist them in their daily interactions with employees on the floor. It supports the development of supervisors in a manner that will have them take greater ownership of their area of responsibility and get buy in to achieving their part of the overall organisational performance. It also helps to get supervisors to develop a team spirit with their employees and to get focus on customer requirements while also proactively dealing with any problems that arise. Content includes:-

  • Role of the supervisor

  • Managing employees

  • Dealing with grievances proactively

  • Dealing with discipline matters proactively

  • Getting employee buy in to company objectives

  • Delivering for the customer
